Adopt a zero tolerance policy |
We ask for a policy that eliminates bigotry and sexual harassment from all levels of the university. Bigotry and sexual harassment, in their most minimal form, create a hostile work environment. Other bigotry and harassment results in trauma. No form of either can be tolerated. The university must ensure each individual's right to safety and belonging.

We ask that WashU commit to improving recruitment and support of BIPOC and URM in their careers. This includes, but not limited to, widely advertising all positions, instituting race-conscious hiring goals, and expanding and providing more financial support to diversity-focused fellowships and programs.

Cultivate an inclusive culture |
We ask for implementations to create a culture that:
1) Does not value power over people 2) Emphasizes the value of collaboration and teamwork 3) Punishes individuals that detract from the collaborative spirit We also ask for the creation of funds to provide institutional and legal support for the DACAmented, undocumented, and international individuals. |
We ask that students receive an education on racism's impact and that the curriculum reflect this. This agenda ought to serve as a catalyst to highlight discrepancies in other minority, and marginalized groups, with the goal of providing equitable, empathetic, patient-centered care to all individuals
